During a holiday on one of the islands in the north of the Netherlands, she was struck by the wide flat landscape. This kind of landscape gives her a feeling of freedom.
It was an inspiration to make a number of paintings in this theme.
The simplicity of the subject, gave her the opportunity to experiment with a variety of materials.
As a result, each painting has a different unique atmosphere.
For this work, in the collage technique, she used fabric, and acrylic paint in pink and blue tones.
